I am so grateful to be at Palm Gardens @ 2929 E Main Street, Mesa, AZ! I was praying for a safe, welcoming and caring new home when I decided to move here, and I found it! John Collins and Nelson Stewart, Jr, and their team made this possible! They took care of me at my lowest moment when my AC went out yesterday. John saved me from going under financially and from being taken advantage of by outsiders who only cared about money. John was adamant about making sure I was safe and had me back in my home this next evening! Palm Gardens keeps their promise and keeps us safe and I only have the highest praise for this family and team! I am home and blessed to call Palm Gardens MY home! Thank you for all you do for us! We have been here 13 years and have enjoyed all the amenities offered to us. People are friendly and helpful when needed. The Stewart’s are always nice and friendly, and looking for ways to improve the relationship with us. They are dedicated to keeping the park at high standards which is a plus for us.

Palm Gardens is the nicest 55+ community in the East Valley. We have been staying about 11 years as snowbirds then in Sept. of 2020 We moved here permanently. It has very nice large streets and very clean. We have met very Wonderful people in this park. I play golf in there leagues every Monday and Wednesday.I play Pickleball about 5 times a week. I' ve met some very good friends there also. There is a lot to do in the park. We enjoy this park immensely
