Palm Gardens 55+ Active Living Community provides flexibility and opportunity for a variety of visitors, offering some of our previously owned single wide units for rent. These homes are fully furnished and allow for a complete living experience. Just bring your personal items and move right in. You’ll find plenty of opportunities to have fun within our engaging social community.
RENTAL HOT LINE
Years of experience serving the retirement living community has shown that our winter visitors start making their Get-Away plans by mid-summer, so that’s when we open up our rental pool.
Our RENTAL HOTLINE 1-480-823-9434 is staffed to begin taking your reservations on August 1st, and generally we are fully booked by October 1st. Three (3) month rentals are taken first. A $400.00 deposit is required to make your reservation.
Please note: Specific units may be requested, but since many of these homes are for sale, we reserve the right to substitute a home, should the one you are interested may be sold prior to your arrival.
Our rates include all utilities and furnishings (except cable TV and phone service).
Peak season (Jan-Feb-Mar):
$1800.00/mo. for single month stay. $1600.00/mo. For all 3 months
Shoulder months (Dec or Apr):
$1000.00 / month
Weekly reservations:
$500.00 / week
(scattered weeks may be available after the long term bookings are in place)
