regarding Rental Units at Palm Gardens’ Arizona Mobile Home Parks

All rental homes at Palm Gardens’ Arizona mobile home parks are for sale.  At any time, a current renter or a referred prospect may purchase one of our rental homes.  Additionally, some of our year-round residents, due to health reasons, may no longer be able to enjoy their Palm Gardens home, and we may acquire these homes as a part of our inventory.

In early summer, our sales and business managers, and the maintenance staff will inspect and evaluate these vacant homes to determine saleability or rentability. Until that time, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to occupy the same home.

There are 2 ways to get on our rental waiting list, for either winter get-away or long-term rental:

  1. Call our Rental Hotline  1-480-823-9434, and a staff member will take down the information.
  2. Visit our contact page and fill out the contact sheet, letting us know the details of your visit, dates, home preferences, special needs, etc.

Getting Around Mesa

Loop 202 (Red Mountain Freeway) winds around the city’s borders.

US 60 (Superstition Freeway) will get you through Mesa.

The Downtown Buzz is a free passenger van that runs every 40 minutes Monday through Friday from 5:30 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturdays, every 60 minutes from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm connecting you to major bus routes and other local attractions.
